1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Share.DevPraveen.in ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Share.DevPraveen.in provides a file sharing service that allows users to upload files and share them via unique links. Files uploaded to the Service are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any content that you upload. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
Specifically, you agree not to upload:
- Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Illegal content including but not limited to child exploitation material
- Malware, viruses, or other harmful software
- Content that violates the privacy or publicity rights of others
- Content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
4. File Storage and Deletion
Files uploaded to the Service are stored for a maximum of 24 hours, after which they are automatically deleted. We do not maintain backups of user files. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of any files you upload.
5. Service Limitations
The maximum file size for uploads is 2GB. We reserve the right to limit or block uploads that place excessive load on our systems or that violate these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DevPraveen and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DevPraveen, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9. Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
